Permit Test

The day of your Instruction Permit test you must bring the following identifications:

1. Original certified birth certificate or valid passport

2. Social security card - signed by the owner - not laminated

3. Proof of residency - an example: a piece of mail addressed to the student

4. High school ID

5. 20$ - cash or check payable to Secretary of State
